While interviewing Oliver Strand for Homme du Jour Magazine’s Holiday Guide we enjoyed delicious coffee and espresso at the East Village location of Third Rail Coffee.
Third Rail is the equivalent to a wine bar in the coffee community. They offer a well curated selection of roasts from independent roasters. I got a chance to try one from a young brand based in PA. Having coffee with Oliver was like being taught by the author who wrote your text book. You notice things you wouldn’t have before and you learn in layers rather than chunks.
